Alarm goes off everyday at the same time

My 2025 Q5 alarm goes off everyday at the same time. At 1900 hrs it triggers and I have to reset it. Doesn't happen again until the next day at the same time. Any one else experienced this problem? I called the dealer and they were no help. They said they'd never heard of this before. Any ideas?
