2012 Audi Q5 2.0 liter turbo

Good evening everyone.
My wife drives the 2012 Audi Q5 2.0 liter turbo and she mentioned that her backup camera stopped working. She mentioned it only comes on briefly in the carwash. I am thinking this should be a connection problem in the wiring where the camera is in the rear hatch.
Anyone has had these issues before?
Any insight greatly appreciated!
