Hey yall. I am having an odd issue with my MMI on my 2012 Audi Q5. The MMI system is turning on however, I am unable to change the the options when I click on anything. the dial is working and when turned it goes down the list but I cannot enter into the option either. When I start the car, I have to rapidly press a different screen option and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. The buttoms are not sticky or broken. The music plays if its on the media option and I can turn up and down the volume but that is about it.
Has anyone dealt with this issue or knows what is causing this weird issue?
