Stuttering when trying to pass going uphill

2012 Q5 with 80k miles. While going uphill then trying to pass someone it hesitates and stutters. This is the only time i've experienced this issue.

Going to replace spark plugs and cables (maybe coil packs), any other ideas or possible causes? please advise
