8RB57A motor rattles during first few seconds of cold startup

I am a recent purchaser of a 2015 Q5 equipped with the 272hp motor. I believe the cam chain tensioners are responsible for a rattling sound when first starting the engine from cold. Should I be concerned? The factory repair means new tensioners which also requires pulling the motor. The car has about 83,000 miles and I'm wondering how long the tensioners last and whether or not I'll be faced with an expensive repair down the road.
