Blower working intermittently

Hi everyone, my 2011 Q5 has an intermittent problem with the blower. The dials shower that its on i.e the speed yet no air comes out, hot or cold. Any suggestions I find this is usually a problem when its hot. Sometimes I drive for an hour or so and it will come back on.
