Trim model help.

Does anyone know what kind of trim model my Q5 is... I know it's supposed to be a premium plus but it seems to have some kind of body kit package. Also it is slightly elevated from factory.

I also wanted to know if anyone knew what that lower piece is technically called on the lower bumper... The silver matte chrome piece..... perhaps a "lower rear valance"?

Mine is a little dented and I want to replace it but I don't know what it's called.
